Fujifilm Medical Systems USA showcase DR solutions at AHRA

This week at the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) Annual Meeting and Exhibition in Florida, Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, Inc. exhibited its Fujifilm DR systems. They showcased their Focused Phosphor and Powder Phosphor DR detectors which are available in the upright and table configurations.  First-up images are consistently ready starting in just two seconds, with full resolution images seen in only seven to nine seconds.  Additionally, with 100 micron imaging, both detectors produce high resolution DR images, with up to four times the amount of information that other DR systems capture. The Focused Phosphor detector can produce images comparable to the Powder Phosphor with a 30 to 50 percent reduction in radiation dose.
