Alabama hospital selects Quantum dual-panel digital system

Quantum Medical Imaging has completed an installation of their dual-panel Q-Rad Digital System, which included SmartRad digital panels at Huntsville Hospital, in Huntsville, Ala.

The facility selected the Q-Rad-Digital Ceiling-Mounted System, with SmartRad Dual-Panel DR Receptor Solution, the Long Island, N.Y.-based company said. Quantum said an additional feature to this system’s configuration included TechVision with all SmartRad Digital Systems.

Quantum said its TechVision offers technologists the ability to view and set up all exposure parameters at tube-side.

The company reported that the sale and installation was facilitated by PPX Imaging, a U.S. Quantum dealer.

Huntsville Hospital is a not-for-profit facility with 881 licensed acute-care beds.
