Andersson joins Carestream as general manager

Thomas R. Andersson has joined Carestream Health as general manager for medical sales region for the United States and Canada.

He becomes a member of the company’s senior sales leadership team, reporting to Michael W. Jackman, president of global sales and services of medical solutions at Carestream.

Andersson will provide strategic direction for the company’s team of sales professionals that serves a broad range of unique healthcare providers across the United States and Canada, according to Carestream.

The company said that Andersson was president of DMS Health Technologies of Fargo, N.D., which sells, installs and services a range of medical imaging and patient monitoring products. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Fuji, Delft Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Technology Services and GE, Carestream said.
