Medis Medical Imaging Systems

Medis Medical Imaging Systems (Booth 3338) is presenting a measurement software portfolio for neuroradiology at this year’s RSNA and showcasing its QMass MR quantification application.

Comprising four software solutions, the neuroradiology portfolio offers tools for quantitative analysis of the brain and the carotids.  The portfolio's flagship product is QBrain for calculation of volumes and volume changes in brain MRI, offering objective insight into disease development and the success of patient treatment.

The other three quantification packages in the neuroradiology portfolio scheduled to be demonstrated are software solutions for analyzing carotid arteries in MR and CT studies: QPlaque MR, QAngio MR and QAngio CT.

The company also is presenting the latest version of its cardiac MR software solution QMass MR, with functionality for the automatic contour detection of the right ventricle in cardiac MR images. QMass MR 7.1 features wizards that provide guidance for performing LV and RV ventricular analyses and advanced editing tools.
