MedQuist, Clario Medical integrate speech solutions

MedQuist, a provider of clinical documentation workflow technology and services, and Clario Medical Imaging have agreed to integrate Clario's zVision software with MedQuist's SpeechQ for Radiology speech recognition solution.

The integration provides a single-access point to manage workflow and dictate using SpeechQ for Radiology, according to the Mount Laurel, N.J.-based MedQuist.

Clario creates software that provides access to practice information, patient information and multi-vendor software applications. MedQuist said that zVision aggregates information from SpeechQ, as well as existing HIS and RIS, and builds a database for the radiology practice. In addition, zVision provides tools for real-time monitoring of a practice, searches, results communication and quality assurance.
