Scott & White selects GE healthcare IT software

GE Healthcare IT has reported that its core solutions in the Centricity Business suite have been chosen by Scott & White Healthcare Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.

Scott & White has expanded its existing relationship with GE, and will implement the Centricity Business Patient Access, Physician Revenue Cycle Management and Business Intelligence solutions across their enterprise to support their focus on patient satisfaction and customer service, patient access, clinical integration, productivity and revenue cycle operations, according to the company.

GE said its Centricity Business platform will enable connectivity across many applications within Scott & White, including its’ EMR, the GE Centricity PACS and various clinical care applications.

Scott & White employs more than 750 physicians and scientists at multiple locations at its 660-bed tertiary/quaternary facility, and recently opened hospitals located in Round Rock and Temple, Texas.
