AMIC seeks to report to SEC

Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation (AMIC) is preparing to file a registration statement on Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a public reporting company.

AMIC recently completed an audit of its financial statements and has engaged Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference (SRFF) to prepare its Form 10. After the Form 10 is filed if it and becomes effective, AMIC will become a public reporting company and be required to file annual, quarterly and current reports, as well as other information with the SEC.

“The retention of SRFF and the subsequent filing of the Form 10 is a noteworthy step for the company to become a fully reporting company and to have its stock quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board,” said James C. Katzaroff, CEO and chairman.
