Arkansas BCBS licenses TriZetto Clinical CareAdvance system

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) has signed a perpetual license for TriZetto’s Clinical CareAdvance application to consolidate data from three legacy systems and integrate several manual processes.

The Little Rock, Ark.-based payor will go live with the care management product in approximately one year.

The Clinical CareAdvance application will track each activity and provide an audit trail that helps extend the reach and benefit of the payor’s high-touch case and disease management programs, according to the Newport Beach, Calif.-based TriZetto.

Arkansas Blue Cross, an independent licensee of the BCBS Association, serves approximately one-third of the fully insured market in the state.
