Bracco, VisualSonics introduce ultrasound software tools

In vivo diagnostic imaging providers Bracco and Toronto-based VisualSonics have released quantification software tools for the Vevo2100 linear array based high-frequency ultrasound imaging system, VevoCQ.

The software package enables researchers to quantify the contrast uptake kinetics, as well as to visualize the spatial distribution of the various perfusion parameters to better assess tumor development and associated therapies, said Milan-based Bracco.
