Brainlab unveils Curve Image Guided Surgery system

Brainlab, a medical technology developer based in Munich, launched its Curve Image Guided Surgery system at the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., Oct. 1-6.

Curve’s surgical navigation center features image guidance software to track instruments and networking features to allow colleagues to watch streaming video of a procedure through the Brainlab OR web portal.

The new technology also has multiple data ports to transfer patient data via PACS and upload data to the cloud using Brainlab’s Quentry network
