BRIT unveils Web-based app for image viewing

Medical imaging IT company BRIT Systems has introduced Webworks, a browser-based application for viewing patient reports and images.

The Dallas-based company said Webworks is designed to allow referring physicians and their patients to view reports on any computer with an Internet connection, without requiring downloads. The application is also suitable for low-volume review by radiologists.

Additionally, it can be integrated with other BRIT products, including SpeechWorks and UrgentWorks.
