Carestream scores 11 DR installs in Scotland
Carestream Health will supply a total of 11 DR systems to Greater Glasgow & Clyde and Fife Health Boards, as part of the construction of two new ambulatory care hospitals in and around Glasgow--Victoria Infirmary and Stobhill Hospital.
Carestream will install three Kodak Directview DR7500 systems at the Victoria Infirmary and a further three DR7500 systems and a Kodak Directview DR3500 system at Stobhill Hospital.
The new Victoria will be one of the largest hospitals in Scotland and is expected to treat around 400,000 patients annually when it opens later this year, while Stobhill Hospital will also provide state-of-the-art health facilities for the people of Glasgow, Carestream said.
