ComSynTech, SSI integrate technologies

Communication Synergy Technology Inc. (ComSynTech) will integrate its InFORM radiology reporting system (RIS) with SSI Group Inc.'s billing system.

The relationship between the two companies provides for the application of SSI's billing function as a separate module in ComSynTech's RIS. The InFORM RIS includes clinical diagnostic reporting for report dictation, transcription and review; digital clinical report archiving for archiving all diagnostic reports; seamless record preservation; eligibility verification and processing; billing; breast imaging diagnostic reporting complete with HCFA-compliant statistical analysis and physician performance; practice performance to monitor and track practice productivity; FilmTRAK for monitoring locations of all diagnostic film, images and reports and FaxLOG to assure faxing integrity and cost control.
