Connecticut-based radiology practice takes CST's Inform

Communication Synergy Technologies Inc. (CST) has signed a contract to install its Inform radiology reporting technology in Ocean Radiology Practice in New London, Conn.

Inform is marketed by CST subsidiary MedSynTech.

Ocean Radiology purchased Inform for its new state-of-the-art diagnostic facility to provide rapid and secure transmission of diagnostic reports throughout its entire referring physician population.

Inform includes functions, such as Clinical Diagnostic Reporting for report dictation, transcription and review; Digital Clinical Report Archiving, which serves as the archive for all diagnostic reports; Breast Imaging Diagnostic Reporting with CMS-compliant statistical analysis and physician performance; Practice Performance to monitor and track practice productivity; and FilmTrac to manage patient file and film integrity.
