Del Medical Systems delivers remote R/F systems to Mexico and Romania

Del Medical Systems Group has delivered 22 remote radiographic/fluoroscopic (R/F) systems for installation in 18 social security healthcare facilities throughout Mexico.

The Mercury R/F systems - designed and manufactured at Del's Villa subsidiary in Milan, Italy - incorporate a full, 16-inch image intensifier, a spot-film capture device, a 90/90 table system and a proprietary digital acquisition system. Each Mercury includes a multifunctional dry imager and contrast media injector support systems.

Extending its contract with Lithuania for an additional 17 systems in 2004, Del also will begin the initial delivery for a contract awarded in 2000 to provide 100 remote R/F systems to the Ministry of Health in Romania.
