FDA clears Midwest RF oncology MRI head array coil

Midwest RG LLC has received FDA marketing clearance for its Radiation Oncology MRI Head Array Coil (ROH). The product is currently compatible with GE Healthcare's 1.5 Tesla MRI system, and is an 8-element array coil designed for patients with thermoplastic immobilization masks, the company said.
