FDA clears Radlink for sale of CR Pro

The FDA has granted clearance to Radlink Inc. for the sale and distribution of its CR Pro machine. The CR Pro utilizes Radlink's sealed fiber-optic laser technology to deliver high-resolution, diagnostic-quality images that provide long-term image quality.

"It is built on a platform that allows it to be sold at a substantially lower cost than all of its competitors, finally making computed radiography systems available to healthcare providers who have previously been unable to afford the technology," said Thomas Hacking, COO, Radlink, in a release.
