GE, Biosense Webster to develop interventional ultrasound for electrophysiology

GE Healthcare has expanded its strategic alliance with Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson company, to develop real-time ultrasound imaging for use in electrophysiology procedures.

The Diamond Bar, Calif.-based Biosense Webster is a developer of technologies behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
