GE revamps cardiology services at Doctor's Hospital
Doctor's Hospital in Dallas, Texas will revamp its cardiology services and install systems from GE Healthcare's Cath Lab, including the Innova 3100 flat-panel x-ray system, Mac-Lab IT hemodynamic monitoring, CardioLab IT electrophysiology monitoring and Centricity Cardiology Image and Data Management systems.
According to GE, the Innova 3100 enables cardiologists to perform both cardiac and peripheral vascular studies on the same system. Centricity and Mac-Lab IT systems grant physicians immediate access to patient data anywhere, anytime. The center said it anticipates streamlined workflow, increases in clinical productivity and better overall patient care.
Doctor's Hospital is a full-service, 228-bed acute-care facility with three medical office buildings on its campus.
