HP displays medical archiving line

Hewlett-Packard (HP) showcased its HP Medical Archiving solution that allows healthcare organizations to store, manage and retrieve diagnostic images and other fixed content.

Based on the flexibility of grid architecture, the solution provides a unified storage solution that is able to accommodate years of double-digit data growth, while protecting against hardware obsolescence, the company said.

Built-in redundancy provides the high availability needed to deliver access to data—when and where it is needed. HP Mobility Solutions allows clinical care enterprises to easily capture information at the point-of-care. This leads to a more secure and productive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals, HP said.
