IDC boosts ratings in MD Buyline survey

Imaging Dynamics Co. has been rated first in customer satisfaction in a recent study of digital radiography (DR) clinical users conducted by independent industry analyst firm MD Buyline.
   
Products from 10 DR manufacturers were included in the survey, IDC said.
   
IDC DR said it received high scores in all seven measurement categories, including applications training, installation/implementation and system reliability.
