Intelerad PACS aids radiography training program in Vancouver

Medical technologists and healthcare specialists enrolled in the radiography training program at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) will be entering the digital era. The Vancouver, B.C.-based educational facility recently awarded Intelerad Medical Systems a contract to install its IntelePACS system.
   
According to Intelerad, BCIT will incorporate the Intelerad system into the curriculum of a full range of imaging-based training programs to provide students with hands-on experience in advanced digital imaging management technologies.
   
Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
