Kodak and Electronic Healthcare Systems to co-market, integrate systems

Eastman Kodak Co. and Electronic Healthcare Systems (EHS), Inc. have signed a marketing and integration agreement through which the companies will offer a comprehensive information and practice management system for diagnostic imaging center. With the system, imaging centers can coordinate in-house management of imaging and information workflow, insurance eligibility and patient billing functions, the companies said.

EHS will work with Kodak's Health Group to integrate EHS Care Revolution practice management software for accounts receivable, billing and patient insurance eligibility inquiries with Kodak's CARESTREAM Radiology Information System (RIS) for Imaging Centers. The two companies are collaborating to ensure the seamless integration of their respective software products so that imaging center customers can reap the benefits of improved productivity, efficiency and information accuracy.
