Meeting goers will experience the latest in m-Health and EOE

More than 300 physicians and healthcare technology professionals are expected to attend the National Conference on m-Health and EOE Sept. 8 through Sept. 10 in Minneapolis. The event is hosted by the Medical Records Institute (MRI) in conjunction with the Mobile Healthcare Alliance (MoHCA).

m-Health, the acronym for mobile health, encompasses hand-held applications that are increasing in popularity throughout the healthcare community with the advent of tablets, PDAs and smart cell phones. Participants will witness the latest in mobile health technology, along with electronic order entry (EOE) technologies.

Key forums of the three-day event at the Hilton Minneapolis include mobile device selection, security and management, wireless connectivity options, system integration techniques and strategy and implementation examples.
