M*Modal

M*Modal (Booth 7040) is showcasing its Conversational Documentation Service (CDS) Mobile edition of it AnyModal CDS for the Apple iPhone.

AnyModal CDS Mobile does not require software installation and is available immediately. It provides access to the same Conversational Documentation Service that is used over the phone and in the GE Healthcare Centricity RIS-IC Precision Reporting system.

The iPhone platform offers dictation capability that returns a draft delivered through the firm's Speech Understanding technology for review and signature, the company said. The iPhone allows radiologists to document their findings and have the results returned to them for review and signature.
