NightHawk going public

NightHawk Radiology Holdings Inc. recently announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock, the company said.

The company provides nighttime and weekend emergency radiology services to radiology groups and hospitals across the U.S.  The company's certified and licensed radiologists provide radiological interpretations from centralized reading facilities located in three different countries.
