Philips targets interventional setting with new display

Philips Healthcare has released FlexVision XL, a 56-inch LCD screen that enables clinicians to display multiple images simultaneously in their preferred size and layout.

Showcased at RSNA last year, the FlexVision XL allows clinicians to perform procedures how and where it is best for them, their team and patient, without worrying about the location of the display, the company said.

FlexVision XL can be integrated into the Philips Allura Xper system and controlled at the tableside by the Xper Module, according to Philips.

The new technology shows early potential to make a significant impact on imaging workflows and patient care.
