Riverain Medical inks deal with Amerinet

Riverain Medical of Dayton, Ohio, announced that they have signed an agreement with group purchasing organization Amerinet.

Riverain's Rapid Screen has obtained FDA clearance for marketing as a chest radiography CAD system that is designed to assist radiologists in detecting suspicious pulmonary nodules that could indicate early-stage lung cancer. Amerinet will serve as a marketing partner for Riverain.

Under the agreement, Riverain Medical will provide RapidScreen to Amerinet members who include 35,000 acute care, non-acute care and integrated delivery networks, at a preferred rate. This contract is effective immediately and will extend for three years.
