Samsung nabs NeuroLogica

Samsung Electronics America has acquired NeuroLogica for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in Danvers, Mass., NeuroLogica, founded in 2004, develops imaging systems, including portable CT scanners, such as BodyTom and CereTom. 

Samsung, whose U.S. headquarters is in Ridgefield Park, N.J., said it plans to expand its medical imaging business line.
