Siemens adds Kubtec Xpert 40 to women?s imaging product line

Siemens Medical Solutions USA will now offer the Xpert 40 digital specimen radiography system from Kubtec as an accessory within its line of women’s imaging products.

The Xpert 40 is a specimen radiography system available with 16-bit contrast resolution and 1.0 mA x-ray source output, allowing it to image the smallest micro-calcifications in large specimens in a few seconds, according to the Fairfield, Conn.-based Kubtec.
