Nucletron BV and Siemens Medical Solutions announced a worldwide distribution agreement of Oncentra MasterPlan oncology treatment planning system at the recent RSNA meeting in Chicago. This agreement is designed to provide Siemens customers with access to an advanced treatment planning solution via the Siemens sales organization.

Oncentra MasterPlan consists of a suite of individual treatment-planning modules for external-beam radiotherapy, and was planned with DICOM integration, connectivity and flexibility as core features. It is designed for sophisticated contouring, segmentation and multi-modality image registration and fusion as well as facilitating beam set-up.
