Solis acquires Arizona mammo centers

Solis Women's Health has acquired MedTech Mammography Centers, a Phoenix-based independent provider of screening mammography, which is comprised of seven facilities in greater Phoenix and three in Tucson.

Each of the facilities offers full-field digital mammography and will be integrated into the Solis network, which includes the recently acquired BenOra Imaging breast care center, according to Solis CEO Brad Hummel.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
