SourceOne, Amerinet renew and built upon supply agreement

SourceOne Healthcare Technologies Inc., a distributor of medical imaging systems, equipment, radiographic consumable supplies, and service, and Amerinet Inc., a healthcare group purchasing organization (GPO), have jointly announced the renewal and expansion of their relationship agreement which originally began in early 2003.

Through the original agreement, the two companies together served Amerinet's customer base which is comprised of 1,860 hospitals and 21,000 non-acute care facilities.

Under the new agreement, SourceOne will continue to offer Amerinet members discounted pricing on its line of products and supplies such as film, developer, barium, accessories; repair services for film handling equipment such as processors and lasers; and other radiography equipment.  The new contract will also give Amerinet members savings on a wide portfolio of medical imaging equipment modalities.
