SourceOne and Merge eFilm announce strategic distribution agreement

SourceOne Healthcare Technologies Inc. and Merge eFilm this week solidified a new nationwide distribution agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, SourceOne will market and distribute Merge eFilm's entire suite of radiology information system (RIS) and picture archiving and communications system (PACS) products - Fusion RIS, Fusion PACS and Fusion RIS/PACS - throughout the United States. The agreement also includes Merge's Workstation, diagnostic imaging software that provides clinicians with image viewing and manipulation tools for accurate diagnoses.

Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
