TOSHIBA NAMES NANCY GILLEN VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

TUSTIN, Calif., April 1, 2013 Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. announced today that Nancy Gillen has been named vice president, Marketing. Gillen will manage all marketing activities, including business units, corporate communications and research with the goal to build on Toshiba’s record in customer satisfaction.

“Nancy Gillen brings a proven track record and deep medical imaging experience to Toshiba,” said Don Fowler, president and CEO. “Her achievements in program and product development, along with her proven strategies for market-share growth, will play an integral role in helping us reach our business goals.”

Prior to joining Toshiba, Gillen held various sales, marketing and business management roles, including vice president of Cross Functional Marketing with Philips Healthcare. For more than 20 years, Gillen worked at Siemens Healthcare, holding senior management positions including vice president, MR Business Unit; zone general manager for Northeast, where she was responsible for IT and modality sales; and vice president of Siemens One for the healthcare sector.
