Oklahoma healthcare system taps Digisonics for PACS

Plaza Medical Group (PMG) has chosen Digisonics, a provider of cardiovascular image management and reporting systems, for a multi-modality, multi-site contract.

The Oklahoma City-based PMG consists of nearly 40 physicians, and provides services in cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, as well as arrhythmia, ultrasound, diagnostic and cath laboratory services. 

Digisonics of Houston, said its DigiNet Pro system will provide PMG web-based access to analyze and edit echo, stress echo, TEE, vascular, nuclear, cath, CT and MR images & reports regardless of time or location. Digisonics also said its system will also provide integration with its EMRs and practice management systems creating a digital workflow.
