Aloka makes compact ultrasound solution available in U.S.

Ultrasound manufacturing and development company Aloka has announced that it will now offer its compact ultrasound system, the ProSound Alpha 6, in the U.S.

According to Aloka, which is headquartered in Tokyo and Wallingford, Conn., the system can be used for OB/GYN, urology and general imaging. The Alpha 6 will be introduced at the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Annual Clinical Meeting in San Francisco from May 15-19.
