Core Sound adds measurement tool to PACS

Core Sound Imaging, provider of Studycast, a Web-based digital workflow solution and PACS, has announced that its solution will now have the ability to re-measure via the Internet with the addition of CoreMeasure.

The measurement tool will allow the interpreting physician to re-measure echocardiogram and ultrasound images in acquiring additional basic measurements, or to verify the accuracy of the sonographer’s original data, said the Raleigh, N.C.-based company.

Physicians who are currently Studycast users will be able to participate in online training sessions for CoreMeasure over the next two weeks, said Core Sound.
