GE receives FDA clearance for mobile x-ray systems

GE Healthcare has received FDA clearance of its Optima XR220amx, Optima XR200amx and Brivo XR285amx, a new platform of mobile x-ray systems.

These systems are designed to provide healthcare professionals with images that can aid in accurate diagnoses as early as possible in clinical settings.

GE Healthcare’s digital Optima XR220amx, digital-ready Optima XR200amx and Brivo XR285amx are more compact than their predecessors. They feature intuitive touch screens, immediate start-up capability, more storage and high image quality, according to the Waukesha, Wis.-based company.
