- Identify the optimal process for rapidly bringing small clinics at any stage of EHR adoption to the point of being meaningful users of EHR.
- Identify the key barriers facing clinics and CAHs attempting to achieve meaningful use including successful methods for overcoming these barriers.
- Describe a method of working with large health systems already on their way to stage one Meaningful Use in order to prepare them for stage 2 and beyond.
- Identify methods for coordinating with other grantees of the HITECH Act funds to enhance all of our abilities to meaningfully use health information technology.
