Orex debuts Or-PACS for CR line

Orex Computed Radiography of Auburndale, Mass., this week introduced Or-PACS, a new DICOM 3.0 image analysis, communication and archiving software for its CR line.

The new software provides a scaleable application that fully integrates both acquisition and PACS functions, while providing fast remote image archiving and communications, Orex said.

Or-PACS also offers such functions as viewing stations, dual high-resolution monitor support, CD-ROM burning and both short and long-term storage.
