RamSoft, StructuRad demonstrate PACS product line
Dec. 10 – RamSoft and StructuRad demonstrated MacroLive for PowerServer PACS as an add-on macro reporting feature and released PowerServer RIS/PACS 4.5 at the 93rd scientific assembly and annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago last month.
MacroLive is an ASP-based subscription service available early 2008 that allows a user to access the StructuRad 7,000 macro library from within PowerServer PACS to quickly create and store a report, according to both companies.
PowerServer RIS/PACS 4.5 provides a single server and database RIS/PACS. Features include unified resource and access management, a Web 2.0 based referring physician portal, simplified patient registration and scheduling, CPT and ICD9 coding, DICOM modality worklist, electronic forms and export for billing.
