Siemens upgrades mobile ultrasound

Siemens Healthcare has released an upgraded edition of its mobile ultrasound, the Acuson X300 Premium Edition, for routine clinical exams, including urology, musculoskeletal, gynecology and obstetrics. 

According to the Malvern, Pa.-based company, the new edition offers an ErgoDynamic design with a height-adjustable control panel, a 15-inch flat panel display and curved-array transducers, including the Hanafy Lens CH5-2, with SynAps technology for contrast resolution.
