Analogic, VisEn Medical ink development & manufacturing agreement

Analogic Corp. this week entered into an agreement to develop and manufacture fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT) imaging systems for VisEn Medical of Woburn, MA.

FMT is part of the rapidly emerging field of molecular imaging which enables molecular-level visualization of early-stage disease states and processes. FMT systems are being developed initially for drug development and research applications.

Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
