ASNC names Kathleen Flood CEO

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) has appointed Kathleen B. Flood as its Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2011.  

Flood brings more than 20 years of experience working with medical associations and healthcare organizations to her new role at ASNC, said the Bethesda, Md.-based organization. Flood joins ASNC from the American College of Cardiology, where she most recently served as senior director of practice strategies and transformation.
