PETNET begins biomarker production in Madrid

Siemens PETNET Solutions, Spain Operations has opened its newest imaging biomarker production facility in Madrid.

The facility received its GMP license in May 2010 and its market authorization in July to produce and distribute FDG in Spain. Siemens said it has installed two Eclipse cyclotrons to ensure full production capacity.
