Positron opens PET pharma production facility

Positron has opened a current good manufacturing practices-ready facility in Indianapolis for the manufacturing of both radioactive and non-radioactive pharmaceutical products and devices.

In addition to the manufacturing of small batch, radioactive PET products, the facility will also be utilized to support current and future Positron equipment, as well as expansion into new markets, said the Fishers, Ind.-based company.
