Siemens' offer to buy CTI expires, subsequent offer announced

Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. has announced the expiration of its initial offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc. on April 28th. Siemens also has announced a subsequent offer acquiring a minimum of 90 percent of CTI Molecular Imaging shares and to give all non-tendering stockholders the opportunity to participate in the offer, Siemens said.
