TomoTherapy adds Lance Balk to board of directors

Radiotherapy solutions provider TomoTherapy has appointed Lance C. Balk to its board of directors, effective  May 5.

According to the Madison, Wis.-based company, Balk has most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and prior to this appointment, he was a member of the executive leadership team of both Siemens DX and its predecessor company, Dade Behring.
