TomoTherapy technology to be sold by MedAssets

Radiation therapy technologies developer TomoTherapy has entered into an equipment supply purchasing agreement with group purchasing organization (GPO) MedAssets to provide the GPO’s customers with TomoTherapy products.

According to Madison, Wis.-based TomoTherapy, customers of MedAssets will have access to its technology including the Hi-Art, CT-guided, intensity-modulated radiation therapy treatment system, the TomoHD treatment system and the TomoMobile relocatable radiation therapy system by way of an expanded radiation oncology portfolio.
